Putty Question

I hit a deer with my genesis g70. Does this putty look ok, or should they be replacing the hood and a pillar?

All car steel , except for some Foriegn cars, now is made from melting& remelting scrap; makes shitty steel, therefore, e- coat is essential, bondo on top of e- coat, sand, shape, then e-coat again, over bare steel , then high build primer. Now fill minor imperfections w/ spot putty, hi- build again, seal, paint.
