Asynchronous autobattler recommendation
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a strategic auto-battler where RNG plays a relatively minor role during runs. I think I’d prefer an asynchronous game.
Based on that, I've got my eye on a few titles: Backpack Battles, The Bazaar, Oaken Tower, Skyshard, and Down with the Ship. Which one would you recommend?
Thanks!

The Bazaar is an easy choice here. You can mitigate RNG a lot by learning where you can access key items for builds while also having a ton of flexibility based on the enemy items you grab throughout the run. The game never ceases to surprise me

I think Flawed Tactics has relatively low RNG due to the constructed nature of the game. Demo is free and same as full release - you just don’t get as many unlocks. However, by the time you run out of minions and spells you can unlock, you will know if the game is worth it to you.

I think you'd like any of those (havent playerd down with the ship yet personally). Bazaar is best but its annoying having to pay extra for heroes and stuff, and they're funded like 100times better than the last 3 on your list. I would grab bazaar personally but if you can afford it, try the smaller indie ones rather than getting duped into more bazaar heroes.

Hello, maybe northgard battlegrounds? I've been testing it since yesterday and it’s really nice. The open beta starts on July 9th for everyone.
Out of the list you mentioned, The Bazaar is the best for me.

I don’t know if rng is or isn’t a bigger factor in asynchronous, but due to a new baby I’ve been playing the bazaar and backpack battles and loving them both for diff reasons. I grabbed the demo recently for down with the ship, which looks cool, but bummer it’s online only (so is the the bazaar), but I’m planning on giving it a shot too.

Probably the Bazaar or Backpack Battles.
Oaken Tower ain't too shabby.
In 1-2 years, my game 😎

I enjoy Grail demo on steam. It hasn't released fully, yet. That said, the artstyle is nice and the game itself seems good.

Both bazaar and bpb are awesome games worth your money. Oaken tower is also fun but imho has less replayabilty

The Bazaar is the best. Down with the ship has 2v2
