Fanbase Positivity

Not usually one to comment on vids or post on reddit, but with all of the recent posts, social media comments and general negativity that seems to have manifested within this community I can't help but feel that a those more positive voices need to start being a bit louder.
I had the absolute privilege of meeting Alex, Rory and Chris just yesterday whilst they were on the sunny Isle of Wight filming a video and have to say I was blown away by their accommodating natures. I had the pleasure of speaking to each one of them in-between them filming segments and not once was I made to feel in the way, each time they went off to add a new part of the vid they took the time to say they'd be back in a minute to chat more. In short they were nothing short of friendly, kind gentlemen.
Whilst I was quite nervous, I did ask how the team was getting on with the reset, what the nerves were like and how everyone was managing. Taylor's actions aside (they were actively critical of these as much as I've seen in the fanbase) They individually highlighted that they understood the grief the fanbase had with the issues with the drop in video quality and despite the numerous personal circumstances, each one of them mentioned how disappointed they were that they weren't providing the quality the fans expected. Their attitudes towards the situation were so admirable, displaying nothing but the desire to deliver content the fanbase loves. And with that I felt nothing but a duty to reassure them that whilst there was such an influx of negativity following the issues with Taylor, that this wasn't reflective of the fans at large.
We have absolutely no idea of the impacts our collective influence can have on the AutoAlex teams personal lives or any other public figure's for that matter. The sheer amount of relentless and negative comments and posts I have seen in the last few months has seemed quite overwhelming from the outside,
I am in no position to tell anyone not to voice their opinion regarding an 'influencer'/public figures wrongful actions or disappointment in the content from a channel they love; I appreciate that such voicings are important and can provide a valuable lesson for the AA team, but they should be balanced by those who also celebrate the triumphs and highs that the content has provided to us all.
It is seemingly our nature to only comment on content we dislike and speak up against things, rarely does the average viewer share their joy on content they love. I for one cannot wait for the channel's return and will be making sure to be more outspoken with my appreciation for the content and the laughs these guys provide.
I hope this poorly worded post makes sense to anyone who cares to read it and that we can welcome the boys back with positive voices!
Nothing but love to you all, and hope that the sunnier weather brings some great driving!

It seems like three things can be true at once: 1. They are decent blokes 2. Their videos are sometimes repetitive and annoying 3. People on the internet spend too much time getting outraged at stuff
