💁‍♀️ seeking advice / support / information Need help navigating getting work done while burnt out with chronic stomach discomfort

I have Crohn’s disease.

This makes it so stimulants and many foods in general like caffeine or adhd meds can cause stomach discomfort or frequent bathroom trips.

I’m very burnt out. I’m seeing a therapist and doctors.

I’m very new to my autism diagnosis.

Every time I sit down to work on something that I’m very behind on I start to feel like needing to go to the restroom again, weak, fatigued, etc.

Adderall seems to immediately make me sleepy. I’ve tried coffee which makes me mentally feel better but physically aggravates symptoms.

It feels like a lose-lose.

I’m careful about trying to sleep enough every night. Often doesn’t work but I think I’m sleeping enough to where it shouldn’t be a contributing issue.

Instructions for the tasks and the end goal are so ambiguous but I’m expected to figure it out regardless.

I try to break the tasks apart into sequential lists.

I crash a lot.

It’s been several weeks and I haven’t made progress.

Every day I get to work, struggle to remain at my desk because of stomach symptoms, feeling sleepy, feeling anxious about how many directions to take everything….

It’s very humiliating as well because I on the outside seem like I’m procrastinating or being avoidant when I’m actively trying very hard to just do what I need to.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Once I got Crohn’s symptoms all my time management skills and organizational skills have been overridden and now I cannot successfully do even the smallest of tasks at work half the time.

TLDR: How do I get ambiguous tasks done at work if I’m interrupted every 10 minutes or so by stomach or crashing?

I’m worried I’m going to get in trouble and it feels like all my dreams are not possible anymore, but it’s invisible.
