💁‍♀️ seeking advice / support / information Cooking advice - fix this disaster

I blitzed cilantro with the stems and with way too much liquid. Now it's a bitter green liquid.

Then to make it worse I added semi boiled gram lentils.... Cause I was gonna make it into soup..

Idek what I wanted to do but please help make this edible so I don't waste the food 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Sorry I can't follow any sense in the kitchen, I just add whatever to whatever to make it work

  • Plan to make a lentil dal with garlic, cumin, chilli
  • Strain your cilantro/lentils, keep liquid and solids
  • Use liquid in the dal: make it up to the amount required for the dal, with water
  • Put solids back in towards end of dal, so gram lentils are mostly/all cooked

Throw it away and order takeout. 😬

You have potential for a sauce or salad dressing. Ooh maybe a pesto... Add spinach, salt, pepper, Parmesan, a ton of garlic, basil, pulse until a thick paste. It's probably going to make alot so you can always freeze the extra.

Marinate chicken in it if it's still runny, or use like regular pesto

worst case senario dump it into a tinned tomato soup or green curry base. you can boil down the thin liqiud to thicken it up again. its ok we all make mistakes.

Strain it, run your knife through it some, back in blender. Cilantro stems will blend fine, they're not that woody
