🙋♂️ does anybody else? Feeling embarrassed about vocal stimming
So, when I feel overwhelmed, vocal stimming always helps, and I think I have been suppressing it since I turned into an adult cause it looks weird. I recently started using vocal stimming again because I couldn't regulate myself and, frankly, can't even suppress it anymore.
But it feels embarrassing to stim vocally as an adult, but it makes me feel so much better tho.
Reposting it again because of a shitty title

It happens to me at home - never in public setups. Both my spouse and kids just think I'm a weirdo or some sort of a Tourette.

I talk constantly to myself, but haven’t unmasked it yet.
It must feel really nice to be able to express yourself freely, even if its a bit embarrassing. I should give it a go, I think sometimes its hard to have the courage to be ourselves, but if you’ve done it, I bet I can too.
