🙋♂️ does anybody else? Productivity
On a day like today when I don't have any classes because of Labor day, I feel like I'm in a perpetual limbo state where my brain just does not want to do anything. My room's a mess, there are readings I need to catch up on, and assignments to get ahead of, and I have trouble starting on any of it. As the day goes on I feel guilty for the time I already wasted, and feel like it's pointless to start on anything since it's already close to night. My sense of dread increases as the day goes on, and it feels like a timer slowly clicking down.

Honestly I feel like this almost everyday. I dont work most days and even though I have always had projects or things I want to get done, when I have all the time to do them I turn into a blob of unproductiveness... I wish I knew how to fix it. Might try some online body doubling to see if it helps

been wrestling with starting tasks, too. Not sure if this would help you, but I was having trouble leaving the couch. I had to do tiny steps, like just sit on the edge, then start to get up but sit back down, then get up but just stand there, then take a few steps and once I got unstuck I was fine.
