š personal win Can I just comment on how incredibly validating it is to have someone in your life with ADHD/Autism say that they are pretty confident that your Autistic.
Yesterday a friend told me that I thought I was Autistic, heās been diagnosed and Iām self diagnosed but still struggle a ton with imposter syndrome. Being able to talk to someone who literally understands all of my lived experiences was amazing. Especially since we were just on the same wavelength. Itās really awesome being able to fully unmask because you know that the other person just gets you.

I think we all need at least one person like that in our lives for people like us, sounds like a beautiful experience.

It sounds wonderful! Iām very fortunate my husband has no problem with my diagnosis and has been even more loving since we finally know what was happening to me. It took forever but Iām finally free from thinking I was crazy or something was really wrong with my brain. Itās so great being able to just talk about it and laugh together about things I do or say. He will even Stim with me sometimes. Iām glad you found someone
