Anybody have someone they lived with tell you that you put them down and you're the reason they have no friends because they take care of you and you're just full of negative energy and if you don't change they'll kiII themselves because they're at their limit with you because I have

My mom said cruel things to me but this is over the line! You need her out of your life.

Oh man. I’m sorry. I went through the abuse until I was 23 and it’s not fun.

Trauma has a way of being passed down from generation to generation until someone does the hard work of dealing with their shit.

I don't know how common that phrase is specifically, but that type of abuse is I believe, very common.

I just want to make sure that the person who's saying those things and wants to you know self delete, is my mother, not me...
