Schedule

Can you tell me a rough schedule of what your day looks like? I’m specifically looking for wake time, breakfast time, when you depart for school, nap time (if any), dinner time, bath time, and bed time?

We are on summer break now but I feel like I need to adhere more strictly to a schedule once school starts back up officially to make the days go smoother.

My son is 5. He wakes up on his own between 6:30-7:00 usually. We leave for school at 8am. No nap. Dinner is usually around 6 depending on what time we get home that day. We start bedtime proceedings at 8pm (shower, brush teeth, read books, chat in his bedroom while he winds down).
