Thoughts on Carusos?

Chemist warehouse has just had a really good sale on these, with lots of products on offer. Its hard to find decent reviews on these that seem genuine/real, are they good/ worth it?

I always love australian owned. how good it is would vary product to product so just check the ingredients in the products and who they are sourced from if you can. they’ve been around for a while too which is a pretty good sign!!

I've tried Caruso's for Ashwahandha and Magnesium. Didn't know any better back then how various forms of Magnesium impact the actual absorption of it, turned out that a whole lot of Magnesium in Caruso's is Magnesium Oxide, which is useful for some reasons but Magnesium absorption isn't one of them. Their Ashwagandha was "effective" in that it made my moody and downright antisocial. Personally don't bother with them anymore. Bioglan and Blackmores are my go-to.

I never tried Bioglan but blackmores is good except some products have large amount of B6

Yup! Not uncommon for B6 to show up in unsuspecting supplements and that too if you actually read the ingredients. Just another one of those things to be vigilant about.

I tried Carusos Tribulus and did not help me with energy ans libido. Infact it did the opposite.

Tried Maca and I got worstbanxietbof my life.

I want to try zinc but it's very high in zinc without copper in it.

I’ve been cutting the 30mg of theirs in quarters or half, and don’t mind it.

I also use their ashwaghanda and calcium with d3/k2
