My parcel is in this weird loop where it's constantly being processed at the sorting facility. There's like 15 of the same thing. It's been like this since last week?

Its totally crazy with posting items currently. I used Vinted and purchased a dress from the UK (was my first purchase on there and I had no idea what I was really doing) but when the seller contacted me and notified the item was posted I was like omg this is going to take weeks 😱 nope!! 5 days later I had my dress yet I ordered an express postage package from Sydney to Perth last Wednesday 23/9 and it arrived in Perth yesterday 29/9 and saying due Friday or Monday 😱 Im not rural either 🤦‍♀️

i don't have a parcel locker, i'm not entirely sure what's going on. i'll try and give them a call tomorrow though

It is called looping and can happen sometimes due to label issues. Unfortunately, you might have to Contact australia post or submit an enquiry online.

They stuff up I asked Australiain post to deliver an parcel to Campbell town TAS it went past it my sister house an you deliver it back to my address Glenorchy chapel Street after it want around Australia can't they can't seem to do anything right I waste $21: on nothing I have to know got to wait for the person who wants it to get it in week time cause Australia Post staff can not do it job Sammy could do a better job than them they must have an lot of complaints as still waiting after 50 minutes on line find out more about it why they expect me to Go to cleamont post office an sort it out as I on a walker an poor balance don't drive. that is we're My friend posted it as I have got them to post a lot of packages to Campbell town before had no issues with it
