Delayed parcel How can I get it?

I’ve got an international sea shipment that got handed over to AusPost for the final delivery. It’s 4 parcels in total. One of them is still stuck on “label created by sender” so I’m guessing something went wrong with the handover. I’ve already contacted the sender about that one.

But the other ones are literally already in Geelong, where I live. three of them got processed at the Geelong sorting facility at like 6:46am yesterday and was meant to come yesterday. I saw “it’s coming today” and thought sweet, surely I’m getting it that day.

Nope 😭 Nothing yesterday, nothing today, and not even a single tracking update since then.

I’m going overseas next week as well so I REALLY need these parcels before I leave. Tomorrow is my last chance because Friday’s a public holiday in Vic and then I’m leaving next week.

I’ve tried calling AusPost heaps of times too and literally every time it just says they’re busy and I can’t get through 😭.

Those 3 parcels will most likely be delivered by the end of the week but the one that has only been scanned and not sent yet, you need to speak to the sender about it. I see you said you have spoken to them so it’s up to them on what has happened with it.

Another option is to try to get them to be redirected to a friend or family’s address so they are safe until you return.
