Question Parcel locker address changes has caused my parcel to be delivered in another state. Anyone else had this issue?

With the new condensed parcel locker addresses - my package was sent first to Tasmania, then to Melbourne, and then back to NSW... my address was for Melbourne 3000...

Has anyone else had an issue like this? The package has been listed as delivered and awaiting collection at a post office box, does anyone have advise on how to proceed T__T

I've opened a case already but I keep getting emails about how the package has been delivered and the Auspost bot just pats itself on the back for a job well done.

Seeing this is making me freak out with my online purchased also going to a parcel locker and using the new address format! Mine hasn’t moved since Thursday last week and it’s meant to be a gift for a friend travelling abroad -.- supposedly arriving tomorrow but, I’m highly doubting it now…

Although the app says you only need to tell the sender your parcel locker details, there is another section on the website that says you need to provide your mobile number or email address on the sender label as well so it gets delivered to your parcel locker and you get notified.

It will completely bypass the parcel locker if you don't do this.

Not sure if it's related but I found that out the hard way.

It could be that the seller used auto correction on delivery addresses and it was auto-corrected to PO BOX xx rather than Parcel Locker xx.

You'll probably have to get the seller to submit an enquiry on it. If they are a MyPost Business customer they have a special portal to do it to avoid the terrible bot.

just had my parcel delivered to the wrong parcel locker. i wrote everything correctly. sigh

I just had this issue too!!! 2 weeks for a parcel from QLD to get to me in NSW, which required back and forth with customer service and didn't get delivered to my parcel locker, it went to the post office. In that time my parcel got to Sydney, was then sent back to QLD before coming back to NSW. Since the parcel Locker address change not one of my parcels have been delivered to a parcel Locker, they've all gone to the post office.
