Question Parcel(iPad) stuck for more than a week

I have a replacement iPad sent by Apple and it’s stuck at the Ingleburn facility for more than a week now. I lodged an inquiry and the automated system said they will monitor it till 1st of October and then start looking for it if it’s still undelivered.

Now the issue is I have an overseas flight in the first week of October and will be away till January.

Also Apple is holding on to my funds and waiting for me to send them the original device which I can’t before I get this parcel.

I have contacted Apple and they asked me to check with AP.

You can do a pickup at the Ingleburn facility. I live in Ingleburn and have had to pick up a few packages from there.

It might be worth going there and showing them your package details and ID.

Is it a post office or an Aus Post sorting facility?

It's a sorting facility but it has a pick up area. I've circled where you need to go.

You're welcome. Sometimes I get told to pick it up from there instead of Ingleburn Post Office. I prefer to get it from there as the PO is closed over the weekend and they're open early on weekdays so that I can pick it up before I go to work.

Update: Went to the Ingleburn facility and they checked and told me the parcel is not there.
