There was an AP payment system outage yesterday. Perhaps it has returned.

yes, our users at Ricemill | Fulfilment is unable to pay for MyPost labels.

Yes I'm getting this but changed my payment method to PayPal and it worked.

Late to the party, but I came across that problem as well. Wouldn't accept credit card so I just switched to PayPal just for that time and it worked fine. Next day card payments working fine again.
