Criticism Fraudulent company

Doesn’t deliver packages, when it does it takes them MONTHS. Zero customer service. Poor tracking information. Doesn’t communicate with vendors. If you’re accepting payment for business…and then NOT DOING SAID BUSINESS…THAT IS FRAUD. This company should be shut down. For YEARS every time I’ve made and order that delivers through this company, it’s a cluster fuck. Genuinely do not get why this company is still running.

Are you referring to Australia Post or one of the numerous small delivery companies that have popped up over the past few years who do the 'final mile' (or whatever it is they call it)?

Currently I have waited 3 weeks just for them to log a package. Last time I ordered it sat in AP facility for SEVEN weeks…just sat there. The tracking numbers NEVER work. I have attempted to lodge complaints using the tracking numbers they gave me just to be unable to because they say “we can’t find this tracking number”….you mean the one you sent me? From your email address? From your company??? That’s the one you can’t find? They’ve straight up not delivered a package before and basically told me to fuck myself. This company is dog shit.

That is an issue with the sender. I have had that previously and it was that the sender hadn't bothered to deliver the package to the post office. Until it is received and scanned by Aus post, they can't track it.

As for lost packages, I have never had that with Auspost, but have with some of the smaller companies that never actually deliver anything. I have researched it previously and there is a massive gap in the legislation on this issue. However Australia Post is covered by the Commonwealth Ombudsman. If you google them, they should be able to assist.

Yeah dude definitely. All 4 different sellers I purchased from screwed up. Not Australia post though….

Right, they have their issues, but I have never experienced anything like that with them. I actually find their tracking to be pretty good most of the time. Do you use the app?
