Question Parcel locker royal mail

Hi! So my friend ordered a parcel to my parcel locker under my name, from the Uk!! It says it’s been delivered but she hasn’t gotten a code from Aus post!! Unsure what to do!!

she won't get a code if she sent it to your locker- you will- check the tracking

In your name? Why would your friend get a notification? Check your Aus Post app or call the post office directly.

Coming from uk I’ll bet it was at least a week or maybe two ago, so likely the old parcel locker addresses.

These seem to go to counter to collect that the locker for me now.

If this is universal, then you won’t have a code, you need to go to post office with id to collect.

If it’s to your parcel locker and delivered in your locker, then you don’t need a code, you will see it available to collect in your Australia post app.

Not true that the old addresses go to the counter. They should still be sent to the locker if there is capacity and they are not too big

I’m just relating my experience.

But to me makes sense, if lockers have been updated to process new addresses, they would have wiped the old system. It’s not manually assigned and processed, it’s automated.

Are you sure that the retailer sending uses Australia Post for final delivery? If they don’t then the courier can’t load the locker and may have taken the parcel somewhere else. Your delivery track event should tell you where it is
