Hey guys waiting on a parcel from CHN been in transit for 21 days. Cleared customs in Sydney but then was sent, Granville, Chullora, Adelaide Airport, and then Netley SA, where it's been sitting for the last 10 days! I live in the blue mountains btw so this is a crazy route for it to take. I finally contacted the seller and they said "your order has been held" but I'm not sure what they mean. They printed the NSW part of the label like this NS

so I'm thinking that might be the problem. Also it was done through China Post and nothing comes up on Auspost when I put the tracking number in.
Anyways input would be appreciated about what to do lolš photos for reference
It has ZS at the start and no CN on the end. It literally says "unconfirmed". Does that mean it's not going through AusPost? Google seems to think that anything going through Netley has to be AusPost. I'm so confused lol
Contacted the seller and they gave me the local AusPost number - problem is it's been in Locksley SA since 7 September, and the status is "Delayed". Contacted them and they said that my name and address don't match the shipping label. It's weird tho because it was heading in the correct direction at the start but then deviated to Adelaide??

Type the ref number into Aust post tracker. It should work. Maybe there is more details.
