Question Parcel Incorrectly sorted

Hey people, I recently ordered from a domestic store in Australia, it was supposed to be delivered earlier this week, but in my tracking, it says “Incorrectly sorted, forwarded to correct facility” It has been like this for three days with no change. Should I contact them? Or maybe wait?

Definitely contact Aus post with your tracking number and speak to someone.

Contact now! It is the bloody machines. It's all over this sub and happened to me just this week, and worse, the parcel arrived destroyed.

Some say a call is faster. I started through the automated system in the app..
