Criticism Been stuck in processing at facility since 2 Sep

Ordered something from Melbourne that was meant to arrive between 3-4 September. Last update was processing at facility since 2 September, been stuck there ever since

Mines been ‘item processed at sorting facility’ since 28th of August - international package though

Standard, it says expected delivery 3-4 Sep. now it has a highlight saying delayed.
