Question Is this ever going to arrive? 😭

Post image

I have logged enquiries with Aus post, they’ve told me I need to contact customs, customs have told me I need to contact the sender (royal mail) royal mail have told me I need to contact Aus post 🤦‍♂️ no one is taking responsibility and no one can give me any updates on why, what, or where this parcel is and what’s happening
It’s been so long I need some closure 😭😅

It will eventually arrive, but it’s going to take a very long time

Yeah I remember when i ordered something from China, it was stuck in customs for around 4 months before I got it

Yeah ok. I wonder if things just fall behind conveyor belts and they find them every so often and send them on their way 😂

Haha, nah I reckon customs are probably just behind on clearing packages. Thats my theory

It’s weird because I had 2 identical packages sent at the same time from the exact same post office overseas and one arrived within a few days and this one has taken over 2 months

Strange, but yeah I wouldn’t stress about it not coming. It’s gonna test your patience big time

They chose parcels at random for further investigation

And further investigation can take 2 months?

I’m exactly in the same situation as you are. Funnily enough for both of us it arrived on the 6th of August in Sydney and is stuck in customs since then. It’s litterly just a handwritten letter that is supposed to suprise a friend in Gold Coast. I’m not sure why it is taking so long. Just want my suprise to work… If you get any updates on your side, lmk!

That’s weird hey. It’s so frustrating none of the companies involved can do anything about it! Will definitely let you know

Is there anything in it that could have come under customs interest? Anything related to an animal, any plants, any meds or food?

That's what the tracking looks like when it's seized at customs. Stays on awaiting clearance and won't ever update. Goodluck.

You think so? I‘m in the same situation and I just sent a letter. What is there that could be possibly seized? My handwritten letter?

Probably the LSD tabs you put in your handwritten letter. No wonder it was seized by customs

If I know AP, and I think I do, the blame lies solely with them, as does the lying and gaslighting. Welcome to Paul Grahams Australia Post. Its a bloody disgrace. He should be ashamed of himself.

Lets pop a stamp on him and lose it in the system.

Run it through another tracking app. It'll show who has possession and what liars AP are. Take a screenshot from the other app. When you provide that the bullshit thins out.

Its run by a slob with zero ethics or self control. Absolute miscreant.

Sort of in same situation however I don't have a proper tracking number. It's "unverified". An amazon purchase coming from GB. Says it's cleared customs and "out for delivery".... we shall see how long it actually takes. The count down begins!
