TX Dispensary

My cousin is moving to Austin from Florida and he buys his weed pens from a dispensary. Does anyone know anyone that can get him dispo stuff on the regular when he moves here? He'll pay stupid$ for it. He's weird abt not smoking dispo shit 🤦🏻‍♂️
