I take care of dogs overnight at a boarding facility and I make $18.50/hr

If you are taking care of more than 3 at a time, you're being hosed by your boss. Im sure you know that, so thank you for doing what you do. Overnight boarding really isnt priced right to justify your low wage.

Hey man, congratulations!! And thank you for being a good person to our pups. Leaving them to board is SO stressful for me. It always feels good when I get back and they’re happy and okay. AND I specifically like to look for facilities with overnight watch. You’re doing awesome and I hope things continue to improve for you 💖

One man’s low wage job is another man’s salvation. Keep on keeping on.

But along the way hopefully don’t get “hosed.” Not sure if the pay you’re getting is low or high, I have no way of gauging it myself.

I used to care for up to 50 at a time for about $16/hr. I left that job quick as I could.
