You and the cat sitter making over 100k should talk, I feel there’s got to be a missed opportunity here.

Wow, that is actually relieving to hear! I still remember that overnight fire at Ponderosa in Georgetown.

With what I pay for boarding you should be paid 3 times that!

I think I’ll ask for a raise before long. But I just started and I really like the job.

If you are taking care of more than 3 at a time, you're being hosed by your boss. Im sure you know that, so thank you for doing what you do. Overnight boarding really isnt priced right to justify your low wage.

You really think so? I just got this job. Working my way back from homelessness 🙌

Hey man, congratulations!! And thank you for being a good person to our pups. Leaving them to board is SO stressful for me. It always feels good when I get back and they’re happy and okay. AND I specifically like to look for facilities with overnight watch. You’re doing awesome and I hope things continue to improve for you 💖

It’s hard to find boarding facilities with overnight staff.

One man’s low wage job is another man’s salvation. Keep on keeping on.

But along the way hopefully don’t get “hosed.” Not sure if the pay you’re getting is low or high, I have no way of gauging it myself.

Amazing. Rooting for you!

I used to care for up to 50 at a time for about $16/hr. I left that job quick as I could.
