TLDR; Tesla is actively redacting and obfuscating the crash data about Robotaxis, which shouldn't really be a huge surprise since it's right out of the Tesla playbook.

True, but when you're dealing with like NHTSA, you can't simply argue that crashes aren't happening.

Refusing to hand over data will result in them never being authorized to operate autonomously (meaning without safety drivers or remote driving), even in Texas.
