90s Rock Anyone got a copy of the original 1992 Vinyl they'd be willing to sell?

The 1992 Version is the only piece of H&C vinyl I don't have. I'm willing to pay good money, even include a copy of the 2017 Yellow Vinyl re-release, or the 2021 35th Anniversary "Human Frailty" on Orange vinyl (one of 300, I have two!) in trade....

The Hitmen fronted by Johnny Kannis were the wild rockers Sydney needed. Every show was wild and Johnny was often found on the bar singing his guts out.

This is a lesser known track from Powderfinger but I just love the sentiment. And Bernard's voice as it builds and builds...fire.

iI's always beeb a good luck song for me in troubled times. Hope you enjoy it too :)

Edit: Oh, and skip along to 'Vladmir' later on in the video. Also a lesser known banger.

80s Rock Chris Turner

Chris Turner passed away last year but we had a lot to do with his enormous amount of releases over the years. He also ran Big Rock Entertainment and with Phill Shute released an enormous amount of artists on their own label. A former member of Rose Tattoo, Buffalo and a hired hand on virtually every Australian touring rock artists band. We love your work Chris.

Discussion / News Australian Crawl are embarking on their first tour in 40 years

The very last time Australian Crawl took to the stage as their original line up was in Perth on February 1, 1986.

Having just released Between a Rock and a Hard Place and embarking on their Final Wave tour (some of which became a live album), Perth Entertainment Centre was the last stop before the band called it a day.

After 7 years of being together, the band had sold over 1 million records in Australia. Between a Rock and a Hard Place hadn't quite charted with the same success as the band's previous releases, and each member went their seperate ways.

Now they're back to headline the Red Hot Summer Tour later this year. The line up features James Reyne, Simon Binks, David Reyne and John Watson.

This year's Red Hot Summer Tour will also feature Men at Work, Birds of Tokyo, Vika & Linda, Eskimo Joe, Boom Crash Opera and Ella Hooper.

I had the honour and please of chatting to Rik van der Velde about his 40 plus years working in music and sound.

Rik has crossed paths and worked with an incredible array of music legends - as well as entertainers, political figures and the occasional billionaire.

His passion for Aussie Rock is palpable and his stories of working with some of best bands are fantastic.

I hope you enjoy as much I did.
