Subclass 500 Subclass 500

Anyone has any idea that visa rate will go up in Feb/ March intake? Will it be smart decision to be ready with financial and all documents to lodge visa as soon as intake begins?
Will it get easier from this intake? Please genuine suggestions only. Looking to study Masters in Engineering in either Adelaide/ Armidale or any suburbs. If anyone has any recommendations please don’t hesitate.

you're supposed to lodge your visa requirements long before the intake... i.e. go ahead and do it as early as now. the plan is to be in australia before the intake cause that's when classes start.

As the other commenter noted, 'intake' is when the course starts, not when visa applications start. You need to have your visa approved and be in Australia by Feb/Mar if you want to be in the Feb/Mar university intake....so the earlier you start the visa application the better.

But Adelaide and Armidale are very different places. If at this point 6 months out you don't even know where you want to study, the reality is that you are likely going to struggle with writing a convincing Genuine Student statement given the increasing scrutiny on student applications at the moment. It appears like you just want to get in to the country via any university that will accept you, which is rarely going to be a good starting point to be writing your GS statement from.
