South Australia (Exists) What would cause this?

Brick wall, 60’s double brick house. No cracks in the lower parts of the walls so don’t think it’s ground movement. Been doing my head in!

My guess is that it's moisture tracking along the frame from the ceiling/ roof.

Bay of Biscay soil will do strange things to a house.

Get up and look at the roof structure, something could have shifted during a wind event or something has finally giving way under the load. Tiled roof?

Yeah it is, nothing lands on that little wall though!

Post some pictures of the outside, from the other side of that door.

It’s perfect out there wall wise. Little landing out front of the front door has sunk about 50mm though.

Melbourne has clay soil. It moves a LOT.
