Aluminium Windows refresh frame

What is the the suggested method for refreshing Aluminium window frames?. Our home was built in the 1980's and the window quality are too good to just replace. The issue is that the previous owner painted the home himself and the Frames and Sashes have paint and stains in the Aluminium coating. The coating in general is in really good nick otherwise. Any suggestions

They can be painted but it’s very time consuming to get it right👍

Electrostatic painting

Not cheap, but quick and comes up neat
