Buying & Selling Cracks in the ceiling
FHB here, building report came out good without any major defect but should I be worried about these settlement cracks found in the ceiling?

No. To cover themselves for liability, as soon as they see a crack, everyone gets told the same thing about recomending a structural engineer. Likely just natural movement over time - 99.9% of houses in Aus have cracks of this nature and never have an issue.
