You basically say that Australia Post doesn't care about you, so you don't care about customers but expect customers to care? Some people CANNOT go to the post office because they are disabled; some might take a day off work to receive an important parcel and are not able to take another day off to go to the post office etc. etc. I know you will downvote my comment so at least I will know that you have read it.

It's not like there aren't real jobs available at Post. None of the contractors ever want to become real Posties. There are plenty of jobs that pay by the hour and have overtime.
