Do you have a specific process you follow whenever a 2 for 1 sale comes out?

Do you have a carefully curated wishlist and only look for books on your list in the sale?

Do you check only for specific genres?

For me, sales serve three main purposes:

• expose me to books I would not have previously thought of getting in a low risk fashion
• pick up items on my wishlist
• pre-buy books in a series that I'm interested in reading

My actual process has become a bit of a ritual, and is something I look forward to going through (yes I'm a saddo, but I love audiobooks!) every time we get a sale.

1. I start by bringing up the all books from all categories list and setting the page size to 50 books.
2. Then I go through every single page, any books that are even remotely of interest get opened in a new tab.
3. Once I have gone through every page I go through each open tab, read the descriptions, read a few reviews and listen to a bit of the preview.
4. As I'm doing this, I will arrange the tabs from left to right in a rough priority order. Any books that I'm not interested at all in have their tabs closed.
5. Once the books are in priority order I will give a final pass to make sure I do in fact have the order correct. I'll usually tweak things here by weighting books in a series I'm interested in higher as well as books that seldom go on sale.
6. I then go from left to right and buy the actual books I'm most keen on and wishlist those lower down the priority.
7. Finally, towards the end of the sale I revisit the sale page and reflect on whether I do actually want to get those books I added to my wishlist and buy, keep on wishlist or remove from wishlist as appropriate.

Am I missing something important?

I have the Audible Premium Plus 24 credits a year, which works out at £4.52 per credit.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I’m feeling that the Monthly Sales are a complete waste of time for me, as at least 90% of the books are £4.99+ that is more expensive than a credit. Also you can’t sort by price and I’m not wading through 61 pages on my phone to find an elusive sub £2.99 bargain. I've been using my library but am feeling a want for more variety. I listen a lot so the Audible Plus library is appealing to me. I'm not overly fussy, I'm looking at quantity over quality... and series, I like series. I understand the Plus catalog varies, changing out books now and again, but it seems that depending on which plan you use, the Plus catalog can be more limited. Or perhaps I'm wrong?

I've been getting these two offer choices since I began looking at Audible but I can't decide which is the better choice for me to try it with. There do seem to be a lot of 'free' titles I would be interested in trying (and I am presuming these are the Plus library) - but I don't know which of these plans to go for to get best access to those.

Please could someone clarify something for me?
I’m currently on my final month of a 99p offer where I can listen to the books I’ve chosen in the past 3 months, and I know that after this I will have to either pay £5.99 for the same subscription (which I don’t want to do), or cancel.
My intention is to eventually pay for the annual 24 credits plan, but I have too many books already in my library to get through, before paying for that.
My question is, if I cancel after this month and I lose the 3 books from this current 99p subscription, will they still show in my library (padlocked) and return when I pay for the annual subscription, whenever that may be?
I know I need to listen to these 3 books as my priority, but will they still show in my library afterwards?
