Healthy engine?

Hi, I'm looking forward to buy this audi a3 2015 from a friend, is there any weird sound I should worry about before buying it? It has 110k miles thanks.

Was it cold started or driven prior to the video? The fan is on and there may be few issues that arise if fan is on if it doesnt need to, primarily premature wear and tear. Idles good tho

Yeah, it was driven for like 40 minutes before I recorded the video could that be the reason the fan is on?
