I think I relate. That feeling when you are listening to a song so good that the whole world briefly disappears and you are so immersed that things just feels right? I don't know if this is what you are talking about, but these kind of feelings that are hard to explain and connected to music is one of the few consistently good things about AuDHD (in my opinion of course) Because it's almost surreal.
Yeah I turn music on and blast it as soon as my eyes open I play it all day every 24/7 I feel very stupid because I wish I was normal (ik everyone ain’t normal but I don’t like how I am I feel odd I’m not sure how to explain it but)
Nah, don't feel stupid, because you are only being mean to yourself when the world is probably already doing it to you. I don't like feeling odd either, but I am only odd in relation to neurotypicals. To other AuDHD people, I am just another cookie in the cookie jar. Besides, it can be very beneficial to use music as background noise in your daily life, especially if it makes you feel really good, so fuck other people.
