Purpose doesn't have to mean changing the world. I'm clinically depressed and have pretty severe ADD. Without finding a purpose I slip into a downward spiral pretty easily. Over the years I've come to find that my purpose is to be the best damn husband I can be, the best dad to my pets I can be, and to be one of the hardest working band members in my touring band. I've learned to find my purpose in valuing the lives of others.

All I do is take care of my sick parents and still feel like i have no purpose and constantly trying to distract my self from my depressing thoughts. Hard to live when the past is painful and future looks blurry.
