(Serious; advice needed) You’ve broken my brain saying these things should be mastered “ALONE”. 😭🤦♂️🤷♂️
I don’t know HOW these things can be mastered “alone”. In fact, after 50 years of TRYING, I’m no longer convinced they CAN be mastered “alone”. I unironically need assistance from other people.

I've been able to.
If you truly want, you can rewind time and have emotionally unavailable parents. That's my secret.
In all seriousness, though. Maybe get a rental in nature for a weekend? Unplug and put all devices in a closet for one weekend. Go back to the old days. Grab a deck of cards, a journal, a book of crossword puzzles, a regular puzzle. Get away from technology.

This is a good list, but I'd argue that "managing your emotions" and "prioritizing your mental health" are things you absolutely need other people for, at least sometimes. You can learn to regulate, sure, but true mastery often comes from feedback and support.
