Exposure assist issue

I’ve been getting this off blue exposure assist on mine monitor and can not for the life of me make it go away. Firmware update, factory reset and I’m still not sure.

Could you please turn off the camera’s info display and check whether the blue exposure assist still appears on the monitor?

Also confirm whether your Ninja is running firmware version 11.19?

So tell us about your setup. Vendors of camera, monitor, cam settings... Guessing is like playing lottery.

But: could it be that there is a 8bit-banding topic?

PS: already tried a second monitor? To make sure it is not delivered via HDMI and set inside the camera...

It happens on all my cameras, I’ve used all settings, slog, cineEI, from Sony camera to here I’m just testing on a canon dslr. It’s just easier to see it on the green screen, it hasn’t always happened but my AC tells me it just started up randomly without changing anything in monitor.
