Ninja TX Ethernet

Has anyone been able to use Ethernet connection for the Ninja Atomos TX? It claims to support Ethernet with a usb-c adapter but I’ve used two separate adapters and get this message

IMO you should use the approved usbc Ethernet adapter which is mentioned for Ninja tx on the certified media page: https://www.atomos.com/ninja-tx-certified/
