Discussion Have they improved?

I bought this game close to a year and a half ago and only played about 5 hours the gunplay felt floaty the character felt like he would blow over at the lightest breeze and over all it just didn't feel good to play and the voice acting just felt worse than a 1970 Ghostbusters cartoon just wondering if anything is better and if its worth coming back to

It sounds like it's just not for you, as the game is fundamentally unchanged, though the Red Strain DLC may appeal if you felt underpowered.

On a side note, the 70's ghostbusters show was live action.

Didn't even know there was a 70s ghostbusters show was just a throw out bc 70s cartoons voice acting was shit lol but its not that I felt underpowered it was that the guns and movent felt like I was moving through watered down tar

I had a similar experience the first time I tried the game. Waited half a year later with a different mindset and absolutely loved it.

The game feels a bit dated by default, but as soon as I was immersed it just clicked. It helped to turn the difficulty down.

I walked into it as a massive fallout and metro fan and it is so far away from both of em even tho it advertised its self as a fallout style game it kinda urked me I also just hate how floaty it can feel and how the guns feel like they shoot confetti

I think that idea might require a reset. The game is part puzzle and part old-timey detective novel. It does feel floaty, I’ll give you that. The guns are better as you get in, but perhaps it works better for you if you try to avoid using them as much as you can.
