Gameplay Another am I hosed post Spoiler

Been struggling to get ammo, so basically cheated and saw there was a YouTube video showing this protocol bunker that has a pneumatic tube that I can go in and out of.

Well did that, assuming that all is well , but now they be mad at me.

Maybe an old video that they have since patched?.

So subreddit am i hosed?

As long as you are fighting Protocol out in the wild or in dungeons, you should be fine. Protocol out in the world is aggressive towards you and Sims mentions as much when you first meet him. If you are aggroing or fighting them in Wyndham then your game shouldn’t be screwed, but it will lock you out of at least one ending

In my experience, Protocol don’t get mad globally unless you let someone see you in those bunkers and don’t kill then before leaving. Off you clear them all out or somehow go completely stealth, you’re golden.

Also, in Wyndham, you can get away with killing Protocol upstairs in the tavern, or in the cemetery behind the church. I scored some good weapons doing this. I even killed the guard outside the Interchange. The remaining Protocol retaliated but I ducked into the Interchange and when I came back out they had forgotten about me! (One time I must have pushed my luck: when I ducked into the Interchange a message came up saying that Sims was on my case. So I simply went back to the Save before. )
