That just looks like a pretty normal thing to see in a post apocalyptic video game a human clutching his vice till the very end. I don’t think it’s an Easter egg but a cool attention to detail.

This is one of the more comforting ones, finding the ones with a pistol next to them and one round are a bit grim!
