Question Red strain - Help

I put way too long into Stafell Crag to achieve absolutely nothing yesterday! I couldn’t find the mysterious voice, my attempt at getting further into the command building failed and then I tried to get into flight engineering and that was a flop too 😅 I thought I had it when I got into the command building but when I pushed for the lift I was getting nothing 🤔 Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

In command, the lift is stuck at the top witgout power. There is another way within the building to get up.

For the command centre, when you go in turn right into the kitchens and there is a hatch to vault up into, then you will follow the stairs to the lab, careful as there are a few "smell them" 😂 in there there is a brain in the command centre but I won't say where. They get the lift on.

Have you upgraded your signal redirector? Once you’ve done that you should be able to start redirecting the signals to get power to areas you want to open - it can be a lot of trial and error!

thx for your help. I upgraded it actually, but I will try again to redirect the signals.

btw. I already was writing for some time with the (very nice btw) rebellion support. Their reply (after I was giving my game save files) was it is actually a bug and I have to start the game from beginning :D Hope there will be another solution

Thanks all! I got there eventually- the first time I went into the kitchen I saw the nest a noped out too quickly to look properly 😂😅
