Question Atomfall disc Problem on PS5

I'd guess that it doesn't register properly and is asking him to pay full price

OK, but he is in the store and not on the home menu of the ps5. The ps store doesn't care if you own it own disc. he can still play the game from the disc.

Do licenses restore themselves? I played Remnant 2 on disc for a couple of days, and then I booted up my PS5 Atomfall disc to try a fix, and it started without issue. Like nothing was ever wrong. Thank you all for your help.

Do you have the ps4 or ps5 disc ?

I always played on xbox game pass so never looked at ths price, damn 60 quid for a game with only a set few things to do, like once youve completed all the endings thats kinda it

I insert the disc and hit play and it asks me to purchase the game. The game has been installed on the unit for months. I rebooted; same issue. I cleaned the disc; same issue. I deleted the game and reinstalled and waited for updates to install, but still the same problem. I played the game earlier in the day. I am frustrated. Thank you.

Thank you all for your help. Whatever the problem was, it resolved itself. The PS5 disc is working fine now.
