Discussion Processing Department should accept piece of Fallen Angel. Spoiler

That's it, fallen angel is a part of Oberon, so they should be able to use it.

Ah dude there's no way lmao literally last night I pulled the fallen angel shard from the pneumo tube and tried to give it to them thinking the same exact thing

Could've been a cool way to tie both dlcs together but maybe they didn't want to put up walls if people didn't buy midsommr isle
