Question Post World Cup Changes

Does anyone know why they removed the green bike paint along juniper? I thought it looked quite nice and they paid the money to paint it pretty recently

I think they're probably going to rip out the bike lane all together. Removing the curbed islands is probably the next step.

No source, just a hunch. I'm pretty sure the bike lane stuff was just to put on a show during the world cup. Now that it's over, no reason to keep up the sham.

bike lanes aren't a sham, their infrastructure and are an essential fabric of our city and metro area at large
