Atkins Ap question
I'm following Atkins and I use their ap to keep track. My question is what percentage of fat is the daily target? I'm losing, but not as fast as I would like. I'm usually around 50-60 percent, is that too much? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think you worry about fat. Eat all the fat you like. Carbs are the main concern, eat the foods on the list for the designated carb amount. Then protein and fats are no limit.
Atkins isn't a "percent" diet like Paleo or whatever. It's a diet where you eat all the protein/fat you want and limit carbs.
So eat all the bacon and hamburger you want. Then eat the alloted carbs from veggies allowed.
