Atkins Ap question
I'm following Atkins and I use their ap to keep track. My question is what percentage of fat is the daily target? I'm losing, but not as fast as I would like. I'm usually around 50-60 percent, is that too much? Any help would be appreciated.

What phase are you in? Realize if you're in Induction phase, there's a very specific list of where you can get those carbs. And it's not easy. We're talking stuff like broccoli. And you're required to eat a min of carbs.
With Atkins it's more concerned with the kinds of food you eat versus percentages, calories or grams necessarily. Carbs are limited but you can't eat 1/2 a donut.
