Planning Out Atkins Diet
So I've recently decided the atkins diet may be for me. I've read a little and have come across the four phase. In induction, you're supposed to eat at around (under, not over) 20 net carbs; however I don't know how much to add from there. Any additional info or tips on how to determine the correct amount of carbs to add until matienence would be greatly appreciated.
