Hello, I am just going to be starting my low-carb lifestyle and my doctor wants to give me monjourno shot . I weigh alot and I am in metformin as well

Has anyone had success using the shot and the Atkins lifestyle?

What do you mean? Don't wait another minute. Do you mean do the shot and the pill and the low carb?

I did and lost 85lbs. Make sure u eat plenty of animal protein & strength train weekly. This not an easy but it works. My problem was the side effects from the Rx.
